Return & Refund Policy – Novumens (Pakistan Only)
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags and packaging
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal use items (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Return the original product
- Place a new order after approval
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval/rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method or
- Bank transfer (if Cash on Delivery was used)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is damaged or incorrect)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
